$200 never discussed for a less than 10 min door adjustment. Moved in 4 years ago and 2 years after, needed glass shower doors aligned. They came and did at no charge, even stating it was a quick an easy job. 2 years later, called them back for the same problem. Lucus was busy and tried to fit me in, I was as flexible as possible because we were having showings. Not hearing back on the day he was going to try to make it, I text the main number only to get a snarky reply about my showings. Lucus made it the next morning, and I got a nice $200 bill for a 10 min job. Not once was it communicated and not everyone has $200 easily available. An amount this size for a job like this should've been discussed giving customers an opportunity to prepare for it or find another company. I appreciate Lucus finding the time, but the customer service and transparency was disappointing

I chose this company because they seed to be a smaller company and I was hoping for better quality. I was not disappointed. They gave me a fair quote ( compared with others) and did a very clean, high quality work! From the time they took measurements until instalation was about 10 days. To me that was really fast ( compared with another company I used few months ago for another job and I waited more then 2 months). I'm very pleased with their professionalism and work ethic, I will surely use them again and highly recommend them.

Heith and Lucas at DFW Glass were absolutely incredible. They came to our home within one day, called to verify the time, showed up on time and returned with new glass shower doors under the estimated time. They were wonderdul!
